As the official trailer/motorcoach dealer of Dragzine, Flying A Motorsports’ extensive lineup of new and used motorhomes, toterhomes, race car trailers, stacker trailers, car haulers, and cargo trailers are highlighted here in the Rig of the Month feature.

This month’s featured rig will get you to the racetrack in style and with enough room for the crew, the whole family, or both.

This one-owner, 26,000-mile 2018 model Renegade 3400 CM motorhome sits atop a Freightliner Cascadia chassis, with power from a 550 horsepower Cummins diesel engine with an automatic Allison transmission. It rides on tandem axles, and sports electric trailer brakes, a four-point auto leveling system, 90-inch interior height, four large slideouts, and ample exterior storage with stainless steel lockable doors. It also has Renegade’s universal adjustable hitch and 30,000-lb. 2-5/16-inch ball hitch insert, so it can safely tow large trailers with multiple racecars.

Inside, you’ll find sleeping room for several adults, with a king master bed, easy bed sofa, a flexsteel hide-a-bed in the dinette, and a bunk area, along with heated captains chairs to make those long drives to the races that much more enjoyable. Onyx maple cabinets provide storage for your goods, and a polished porcelain (and heated) tile floor adds to the upscale look and feel. There’s also a two-burner induction cooktop, a recessed gas cooktop, a Samsung residential refrigerator and convection microwave, and much more. A 150-gallon fresh water tank is onboard, feeding a very nice tile shower.

A 15,000 BTU low profile A/C keeps things cool in the summer months, and a Winegard Mission In-Motion satellite dish provide signal to the interior and exterior televisions and connected home theater system. It’s all powered by a 12kW Onan generator.

Highlighting the upgrades are the Aqua-Hot heating system, the aforementioned heated floors and the additional slideouts. Flying A’s Alan Cape assures this rig is all a racer could ever need, and while it doesn’t feature Renegade’s popular bunk configuration, there’s ample room to comfortably sleep 6-8.
