Hardening Machine Application range:
Quenching machine works with medium / high frequency induction heating equipment, adopting immersion and spray cooling means, realizing the induction quenching process, commonly used in the rollers, gears, bearings, shaft parts, valve, cylinder, and all types of machinery parts quenching and other heat treatment.
Our quenching machine have two types: Vertical type quenching machine and Horizontal type quenching machine. Adapted to the maximun diameter Ф600mm, maxinum length 8000mm. Clients can chose the equipments according to the quenching process, and we also can design and customize non-standard special quenching machine according to customer's request.
Vertical quenching equipment is mainly used for simultaneous scanning induction heating quenching of shafts (stepped shafts, etc.) and discs.
